Running a scan
Upload your resume and job description
- Resume file. Use a PDF (our scan flow is built around PDF uploads). Keep files under the size limit shown in the uploader.
- Job description. Paste the full posting text—the more complete it is, the better keyword and fit analysis will be. Very short snippets may produce weaker matches.
- Verification. On our production site, starting a scan may require completing a quick security check (Cloudflare Turnstile). If verification fails, refresh the page and try again.

Scores & reports
Free preview vs full report
After a scan completes, you'll see an ATS-style match score and high-level breakdown. Unlocking the full report (one-time purchase for that scan, or included with an eligible subscription) adds detailed AI analysis: missing keywords, section scores, formatting notes, and an action plan with suggested edits.
Scores and suggestions are generated automatically—they're tools to improve your resume, not a guarantee that an employer or ATS will rank you a certain way.
Subscribers
If you have an active plan, you may be able to open the full report directly after scanning without a separate checkout step—depending on your plan and credits. Check your dashboard for past scans and status.

One-time purchase
Pay once to unlock the full AI report for the scan you're checking out with. It does not auto-renew.
Monthly subscription
Recurring billing through Stripe, with a monthly allowance of 30 scans (credits reset on your billing date). Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Scan top-up packs
Already on a monthly plan and need more scans before your next renewal? Buy a top-up pack (10, 20, or 30 scans) from your dashboard. Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance.
Manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in Billing inside your account, or through the Stripe customer portal when linked from there. For billing questions or receipt issues, email support@atsrank.com with the email on your account.
Account & sign-in
Email, Google, and your dashboard
You can sign up or sign in with email or "Continue with Google." Your dashboard shows scan history, billing shortcuts, and settings. From Settings you can update profile and security options (such as password and two-factor authentication) when available.
Sign-in problems?
Try resetting your password from the sign-in page, or clear cookies for this site. If Google sign-in loops or fails, ensure pop-ups are allowed or try email sign-in instead.
